Laser cutting is a technology for precise division of materials such as steel, stainless steel – stainless steel, aluminum, while the thickness of the dividing line varies between 0.1 mm – 1 mm depending on the material being divided. We use two types of cutting gases for cutting, oxygen and nitrogen. During oxygen laser cutting, the material burns and an oxidized layer forms on its edges, unsuitable for surface treatment. When cutting with nitrogen, the material melts, which is then blown out of the parting track. This method is more suitable for cutting stainless steel or products that are further surface treated (powder coating).

For the preparation of parts for panels, we use software that allows us to use sheet metal cuts as efficiently as possible, as well as fast processing. Lasercut parts are precise, which enables their further easier and more efficient processing (bending, welding, edging).

Laser cutting is the thermal separation of material for mostly flat materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum sheets) by means of a laser beam. This technology is used in cases where complex and precise contours and precise and fast processing are required (10 m per minute in some cases even 20 m per minute). It is used where force-free, non-contact division – processing is required.

Compared to die-cutting, laser cutting is economically profitable even for very small series (1-10 pieces) due to the preparation time..

To take advantage of punching and laser cutting, manufacturers offer combined machines capable of performing work with both a cutting head and a punching head. This property brings advantages in the form of fine edges and quickly punched sheets. Focused CO2 lasers (gas lasers CO2, helium), as well as Nd:YAG lasers (solid-state lasers) or effectively focused so-called fiber lasers are used.
